3 Steps To Achieve New Destination
Some of you may whine and complain about your job or life circumstances, but you do not take the actions necessary to change your situation right now.
You can not expect to achieve new goals by doing the same things. For that you need to set the pace and creating new things for the sake of change you expect. If you want to move beyond your current circumstances, you should take the following three things: support, accountability and focus on inspiring action.
1. Support - Why is support so important? If you can do it yourself, you should make the necessary changes. When you choose as a mentor or coach, the support is very important to your success. For example, I desperately need a mentor, but I know the fact I did not get support from my mentor, so I can not continue on in my business or my life. Having the support of the right to challenge you to think bigger about yourself. Challenges make you take a larger, bold action, and finally threw yourself into the next level of your success. This is what I mean by creating an environment for success to take place.
2. Accountability - Why is accountability so important? Again, if you can do it yourself, then you've done it. For example, I have a goal to create new products on March 15. Items will be finished this week. I also have a commitment to finish my book in late April. Can I do it myself? Of course I can, but if I do not have a trainer and my editor will delay and make excuses for it. Accountability makes you sabotage yourself. Being there, doing it, get what you want.
3. Focus, Action Inspiration - Why is the focus, inspire action? There is a difference between being busy and taking inspired action (inspired). To take inspired action, you must first have a clear vision of what your destination. If you do not know where you are going to go then you can not get there, and you certainly can not take your team there. Most people are really busy all day, but whether it was rushing to do things that are important? As a reminder to motivate yourself, "What am I doing now that makes me closer to my goal?
