How to Success Achieved?
The main capital for someone to achieve success is always continuing to maintain the spirit, because the requirement for success is the existence of the spirit, vision and action.
To be always raging spirit within us, we must be able to motivate themselves. If we can motivate ourselves, we will always be spirit. With that spirit, we will avoid a sense of saturation (future).
Saturation comes in the absence of the spirit. If there is a spirit, could not possibly taste comes saturated. If we are not saturated, we will diligently work. And if we are diligent work, success will come ahead.
So clearly, motivate myself into hurry-up (important) for us. Far more urgent than waiting for motivated people or the environment. In other words, the ability to motivate themselves (intrinsic motivation) is far more important than the ability to motivate others (extrinsic motivation).
We compares the emergence of self-motivation, such as turn on a machine. To turn on the machine required the trigger (on the trigger is a gasoline vehicle). The trigger is also found in certain spaces on the machine. To motivate themselves, "trigger" is a visualization (visualitation), responsibility (responsibility), comfort and joy (excited) and movement (move). "Triggers" are included on certain spaces, namely: mental (for visualization), spiritual (for liability), emotional (for comfort / joy), and physical (for movement).
So, "turn on" the four main trigger source of motivation, namely visualization, responsibility, comfort / joy, and movement is essentially "turn on" four-dimensional human being (mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical).
If the trigger source of motivation has been "live", then "life" is also motivated us. The more numerous and large "fuel" that revives the trigger source of motivation, the greater the self-motivation that appears. At that time morale becomes red hot. Morale becomes impassioned. We're finally going to move with high motivation.
