Making Decisions on FIRST CHANCE.

Maybe a lot of opportunities we have to take, and it worked. But, whether consciously or unconsciously, we sometimes simply miss the opportunity that exists. Or we sometimes too late to make a decision, so the opportunity was too late and eventually we took off, too.

My own experience, weeks ago. When looking for a location for business Hunting Wholesale Stores, I found that quite a strategic location in the North. There are a tenant locations (small diner), which will shift gears to the rent, because he felt overwhelmed to take care (less energy assistance). I told him, that I will consider them first. I said, two days ahead I'll be back again.

But ... .., I FAILED THE FIRST CHANCE TO MAKE DECISIONS on (two days earlier). I think to myself, maybe later-later, when money was really ready, then I will take over the rent. First and second day went by just like that. No decision that I took.
About a day to four or five, I pass again to that location. And ... It was ... (I am a bit surprised), that location has been changed to ... Kiosk Pulse. (Similar to my plan, Wholesale Pulse). I just realized ...., That I have FAILED THE FIRST CHANCE TO MAKE DECISIONS on, so the opportunity was finally out, too.

I recall the story Mr. Tung Desem Waringin. If he go abroad, do not forget to prepare the money at least $ 10,000 (roughly 100 million rupiah) in his wallet. He said that many overseas opportunities / opportunities. He did not want to chance is lost or changed hands, just because of lack of preparation for us. He is always trying to MAKE DECISIONS on FIRST CHANCE.

So .., we are ready FIRST CHANCE TO MAKE DECISIONS on ...?
